1.The pupil must arrive at the school at least ten minutes before the first bell.
2.The pupil must be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. On class days and school function the children are expected to wear the school uniform prescribed for the season.
3.It is vitally important that changes in residence/office addresses and telephone numbers are communicated in writing to the school office immediately as they occur.
4.The School does not hold itself responsible for injuries sustained by students while in the School. However, First Aid will be rendered immediately and injuries necessitating Hospital/OPD Treatment will be attended to without delay.
5.Students are advised not to have Private Tuition. Parents are urged to encourage their children to do their daily work diligently, promptly and honestly and to pay utmost attention to their studies in the class room.
6.Parents/Students (individually or collectively) are forbidden to give gifts to the staff. Neither Parties nor gift presentations by students or parents on birthdays of students or such occasions are allowed. A token gift of flower or a sweets may be allowed.
7.Collection of funds for whatever purpose is forbidden without prior permission of the Principal/Manager.
8.Students are required to behave politely and avoid use of indecent language or action injurious to the feelings of fellow students, school staff or others in the school or outside. Any such behaviour indicative of hurting other's caste, culture, religion or community will attract serious disciplinary action or even dismissal.
9.No Student shall indulge in any of the following practices viz.,
- Spitting and littering in and around school building.
- Disfiguring, scribbling on walls/desks or otherwise damaging any school property.
- Smoking, Chewing of Betel or Tobacco, betting or gambling, use of drugs or intoxicants of any nature.
- Rude behavior, use of violence in any form, casteism and communalism, use of obscene and abusive language, causing hurt to the modesty of others etc.
- Playing truant during school hours.
10.Serious violation of the rules, regulations and the discipline of the school is punishable including suspension or dismissal from the school. Such action will normally follow a written warning to allow rectification & improvement in conduct.
11.Immediate suspension and/or even expulsion will follow if the continued presence of the defaulting student is damaging to the physical and moral well being of other students and of the school or if the violation is of serious nature and subject to action at the Board level, such as unfair practice at the examination.
12.Students may be required to take part in various co-curricular activities even after school hours. When so required, participation will be deemed compulsory.
13.English being the medium of instruction in school, students must speak English even in their private conversation in school.
14.Students are responsible to school authorities for their conduct not only in school, but also for their general behavior outside. Any report of observed objectionable conduct outside the school on the part of the students will make them liable to disciplinary action. It is expected that through their good behavior they enhance the prestige of the school.
